- There is no call out charge (see clause 10 below).
- There is a no fix, no fee promise (see clause 11 below).
- Labour will be charged at £36 for the first hour, if less than 10 miles travel distance, or £44 if 10 miles or over (see clause 12 below).
- The minimum charge is one hours labour at the relevant rate.
- After the first hour, additional time onsite will be charged in 15 minute increments, at £9 for each 15 mins.
- All parts supplied will be charged in addition to the labour cost.
- All new parts supplied will normally carry a minimum 12 month manufacturers guarantee. Misuse will invalidate the warranty.
- If a part supplied develops a fault labour will be charged if the item was fitted more than 3 months previously.
- In the event of a supplied part failing, we will endeavour to supply a replacement part as quickly as possible. If a replacement is unavailable we reserve the right to supply a part of equivalent specification, alternatively if an equivalent part is unavailable it may be necessary to return the faulty item for repair. We will not be held responsible for any consequential losses caused.
- There will be a call out charge of £30 if the customer is 30 or more miles away.
- The no fix, no fee promise does not apply if the customer decides a repair is uneconomical or in the event of data recovery, the standard hourly charge will then apply.
- All mileages will be calculated using Google maps starting from PE29 1GD.
